Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") explains how subscription cancellations and refunds work for Casper ATS, provided by Skill Engine Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16395887, with its registered office at England and Wales("Skill Engine", "Casper ATS", "we", "us", or "our"). This Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Casper ATS subscription at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us at hello@casperats.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period โ€” monthly or annual, depending on your plan.

  • If you cancel, you'll continue to have full access to your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for.
  • We do not charge cancellation fees.
  • There are no long-term contracts: you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time, as described on our Pricing page.

2. Refunds

Monthly plans

Payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. If you cancel mid-cycle, you'll retain access until the end of that cycle but won't be charged again.

Annual plans

If you cancel within 14 days of an annual purchase or renewal, you're eligible for a full refund of that payment. After 14 days, annual payments are non-refundable, but you'll retain access for the remainder of the paid term.

Free trial / Starter plan

No payment is collected, so no refund is applicable.

Billing errors

If you believe you've been charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount), contact us within 30 days of the charge at hello@casperats.com and we will investigate and correct any error, including issuing a full refund where appropriate.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@casperats.comwith your account email address and the reason for your request. We aim to review all refund requests within 5 business days and, where approved, process refunds to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days thereafter, subject to your card issuer's or payment provider's processing times. Refunds are issued via Stripe, our payment processor, back to the original payment method.

4. Enterprise Plans

Refund and cancellation terms for Enterprise customers are governed by the individual service agreement signed with Casper ATS / Skill Engine Ltd, which takes precedence over this Policy.

5. Downgrades

If you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We do not provide partial refunds for the difference in plan value during an active billing period.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of Casper ATS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
