Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Casper ATS("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Casper ATS provides a cloud-based applicant tracking system (ATS) that helps organizations manage recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate management, interview scheduling, and hiring analytics.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Use the Service to discriminate against candidates unlawfully

Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all candidate and recruitment data you upload to the Service. We process this data on your behalf as a data processor in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casper ATS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
